Meet Jiliane
I was the nerdy kid at the front of the class, reading three chapters ahead and spending my evenings playing around with Excel and Word. Let's just say my weekend lemonade stands were always a little extra, with their nicely formatted menus and add-on offerings of raffle tickets for whatever prize I'd dug out of the basement that day.
Since my lemonade stand days, I've worked my way through three different careers, held positions in half a dozen industries, lived in three countries, and learned to speak three languages along the way. I hold diplomas in Small Business Entrepreneurship and Tourism Management. I'm passionate about using my skills and experience in practical ways to amplify peoples' efforts to improve our wold.
What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant, or VA, is a self-employed professional who provides administrative, technical, or creative business support to clients from a remote location, such as a home office or co-working space.
Benefits of working with a VA
Decrease your costs. With a VA, you don't have to pay for idle time, office space, or computer equipment. You don't need to provide vacation time, benefits, or sick time, either. You only pay for the hours we work.
Complement your strengths and weaknesses. Let's face it, doing everything solo is a great way to burn out. Hiring a VA allows you to spend your time on what you do best. Let us do what we do best!
Scale your operations without rushing. Avoid the pain of recruitment and hiring by contracting work to us. We can provide the help you need as and when you need it.
When is it time to hire a VA?
When you need help but don't want to hire an employee. When there are tasks that only require a few hours of work per day or per week, hiring someone can be expensive and impractical.
When you're spending too much time on non-core tasks. Too busy maintaining operations to work on your business? Hiring a VA can free up your days (and evenings) to focus on what's most important to you.
When you could do it yourself, but you don't want to. Great news, it makes business sense not to! By offloading the things you don't enjoy, you're less likely to procrastinate or rush (risking costly errors), and you can spend your time on higher ROI efforts.
